The entire world is facing brutal heat wave and global earth temperature is rising every passing year. In India situation is no better either, power shortages have become more common place than ever even in metro cities.
Precast sandwich wall panels are most effective to keep the buildings insulated and maintain the indoor temperature without/minimal use of air conditioners.
Sandwich wall panel is precast element which comprise of structural wall panel, insulation layer and façade wall panel. The entire element can be produced at factory and brought to site for erection.
[1] Sandwich panels are quite prevalent in European countries where the temperature is as low as zero degree for half of the year, these panels keep the heat of the building intact and avoid the use of heaters.

In India 35◦C (average temperature) —> 20◦C (Ambient temperature)
Energy required to increase or decrease the temperature could be slightly different.
[3] About 57% of the buildings’ entire energy demand comes from the air conditioning requirement, hence this can drastically reduce the power consumption.
[4] Sandwich panels can have spectacular façade wall finish with variety of façade finishes.
